Our stay in February was great with a tidy room that had an electric kettle, fridge, and air conditioning, and we appreciated the wake-up service.

Clean, comfortable and cool room - that there was no window was not an issue - breakfast buffet very good and friendly and helpful service throughout our stay

The brand-new rooms have extremely comfy beds and a stone fireplace. There are plenty of decent meal options available at the hotel. - the hotel is located in an unbeatable location in Phnom Penh, very close to Sorya bus terminal, Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants, and a major local market.

The hotel staff helped us to get the bus ticket by my preferred carrier for travelling to Siam Reap. They also arranged the reservation changes effortlessly.They cautioned us to keep our passport and money safe while moving in the surrounding areas.

The room electic kettle did not have tea bags even though milk and sugar was provided. We were advised to go out and buy the tea bags !!

the breakfast is not so good, but rooms are very nice i stayed there 2 times, the first time the room was great the second time i had only a small room, so ask to change room to a big room they did not want to change so i said i want to check out, then it was possible to change to other room

The breakfast here is exceptionally nice with fried rice and they serve healthy food, the staff is good and absolutely perfect.

We greatly enjoyed particularly nice breakfast with fried rice, offered by the hotel. The location was marvellous and fab for exploring this fairly nice area, just next door to the night market and all main attractions.

Everything was simply excellent. the whole place was spotlessly clean. - the staff were really friendly. - the location was perfect, at a short distance from National Museum. - There was a really nice restaurant. - An old market and a local market were next door.

Overall hotel was adorable and we felt safe here, thoroughly enjoyed its great location in the city center. Location: the venue was so close to the riverside / night market, and everything's finished.

Having a mini-fridge, a safe box, and a TV in the room was a great bonus. Overall, the room was good. However, a few of the staff members were not as helpful as I would have liked. 🤷‍♂️

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, powerful shower, friendly staff, good breakfast with both local and western options. ATM and popular "Pub street" nearby. a pleasant stay for its price range.

The breakfast was rich with fried rice, with lots of food. the hotel had a central location, close to a palace and a Royal palace. - We had a real good stay that met the needs, would love to return. Overall, the Pacific Hotel in Phnom Penh offers a great breakfast with a variety of dishes, a convenient central location near major attractions, and a pleasant stay experience that makes guests want to come back.

The double room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. the room was well-equipped with a safe, mini bar, and even a stone fireplace. the check-in process was fast, and they provide onsite parking. the hotel offers good wifi.
